This week I want to highlight Maine Food For Thought and their food tours that "look forward to shining a light on the ingenuity, adaptability, and grit of those that work tirelessly on behalf of the Maine food sector to better the health of local economies, ecosystems, and communities."

They are currently offering 2 walking tasting tours in Portland, Maine: the land, sea, to fork tour and the past, present, future tour. The tours are small and intimate, which allows guests to hear the “stories behind the plate.”
